Better "Next Actions" interface, plus performance enhancements

1. Allow actions to be dropped on contexts that are collapsed.

2. Offer an option to turn off most/all animation effects. They run very slowly on older machines and decrease the usability of SimpleGTD.

3. Show the number of items in each context next to the context name, so you know what you need to look at even when contexts are collapsed.
