Censorship tag or warning for obscene videos

I have been surfing the esteem youtube sites for the past month. It provides a very good platform to share and gain knowledge and information. Nevertheless some videos titled "scary and funny" which I searched for contained obscene, nudity and bad taste videos which shocked me. There were no warning or rating of these videos to say its "unsuitable for below 21" or "adults only" , though I noticed some, may be, VERY obscene videos calls for a "registeration" or "above 18yrs" prior to viewing, which is good, as it indicates the type of videos that are unsuitable for all.

So I would like to suggest that this sort of warning or pre-registeration is applied across the board to all videos posted(not only some), so that unsuspecting surfers are pre-informed or warned..... and they don't see want they don't want to see.
