Side-effect HTML support?!

I've recently discovered to my surprise that embedding some simple HTML tags such as into an action, actually works as expected at least in the "Next Action" list, providing a simple and elegant solution to the occasional need for action highlighting, without having to add some sort of clumsy rich text-like functionality (thus keeping SimpleGTD simple).

Would it be feasible to extend this convenient behavior to all the other lists?
