Labeling and Sorting of Comments As "Funny"or "Informative" or *link*

Moving beyond the wonderful thumbs up/thumbs down moderation of comments, the ability to label comments as "funny" or "informative" and the ability to sort comments by label would be convenient.

Also, an option to only show (or sort by) comments that contain a link would be great for such times when we're looking for a direct link, direct download or alternative sources.
