watch pages plus sub-pages

When selecting to watch a page, need to be able to tick a box to watch all sub pages aswell - ie the RSS feed should be configurable to groups of pages including new pages that are created that didn't exist when subscribing to the group - important so an editor (wiki gardener) can be assigned to a whole topic area on a corporate wiki.
